Understanding Public-Sector Priorities

Lym Architecture provides local and regional institutional planning and architectural services. Our partners have participated in over 130 million square feet of facility assessments and feasibility studies for adaptive reuse, redevelopment and alternative options. We have worked on more than 100 institutional campuses including health care, university, and state and local governments over the past 10 years.

Bryan Lym has overseen the completion of over 25 projects on the UT Austin campus including academic lecture halls and multi-purpose areas, medical clinics, research laboratories, office and administrative support areas, computer and learning labs, physical plant systems upgrades, and accessibility driven renovations. Eric Miller directed the visioning for dozens of Texas and national institutional master planning and facility design projects. He has worked on hundreds of projects focusing client goals in the adaptive re-use of existing assets and infrastructure as well as providing planning and design of new facilities.

Our work with the Austin Independent School District includes comprehensive campus renovations and district-wide facility assessment and bond planning.
